RESIDENT NOTICE: Windstream will be completing a Fiber Project in Lisbon for their customers. This is not a City of Lisbon Project, however, crews will be in the Utility Right of Way doing this work. You will see various crews in town flagging the easements to mark existing utility services. Please do not disturb these markings.

Important Dates for Utility Bills:
JULY 20TH - utility payments are due
JULY 21ST - if not paid by 9 AM, late notices are sent out with $15 penalty late fee
JULY 28TH- if not paid by 9 AM, cut offs will occur with a $50 penalty fee added
BILL AND LATE FEE MUST BOTH BE PAID IN FULL BY 9 AM
